With a Mac keyboard, there are two keyboard shortcuts that provide Home and End key functionality.

Press the Function key and the right arrow key to jump to the end of a page, and Function and left arrow to jump to the top of a page. This keyboard shortcut works on most non-editable and some editable pages.

It also works when editing a document in LibreOffice but not when you are editing a page in Google Drive. Press the Command key and the down arrow key to jump to the end of a page, and Command and up arrow to jump to the top of a page.

There are other keystrokes that move the insertion point that you may find more suitable. The arrow keys by themselves moves vertically by line and horizontally by character. Hold Shift to select text while moving. There are also quite a few VoiceOver commands for moving around while interacting with text, which are documented in VoiceOver Help.
